I thought that Gordi Brown was a bit of a wishy-washy PM, but to say that Bush is owed a debt of gratitude means he is ready for the loony bin!
Brown added, “The world owes George Bush a huge debt of gratitude” for his efforts against terrorists.
Erm - no it doesn’t! What has Bush actually done? Certainly not rid the world of one terrorist - in fact he has given rise to many more! Next Gordi Brown will be saying that Bush deserves the Nobel Peace Prize!

Wow. I’ve always been a little suspicious of Brown, but I never guessed he was this clueless. I don’t expect many Britons agree with him.
